A 280-page documented essay on Japanese tea, written and self-published from Fukuoka. 101 questions across twelve chapters. Editorial design, typography, visual synthesis double-pages, glossary of Japanese terms.
MAJO — Matcha Tasting Journal.
A 120-page bilingual sensory journal for matcha practitioners. Hardcover, 30 guided tasting sheets, glossary, preparation guide. French and English editions, designed and self-published.
