Five projects, five worlds.
A curated selection from the practice. Long-form hospitality, self-published books, websites built end-to-end. The kind of work that takes time to be understood before it can be designed.
ANA InterContinental
Manza Beach Resort.
A long-form hospitality engagement. Art direction and print communication across four restaurants of one of Okinawa's most established resorts, season after season, since 2023.

Bring one consistent visual voice across four very different restaurant identities (Manza Grill, UNKAI Sushi, Ocean Café, Aquabelle), each with its own audience, cuisine and tonality. Seasonal rotations require continuous print production at hotel rhythm.
I work as the resort's extended art direction studio. A unified typographic and chromatic system underlies everything, while each restaurant keeps a recognisable identity through image direction and material choices. Print supervision is handled directly with the hotel's local printers.

A growing system of menus, labels, flyers, signage and pop-up identities deployed across the resort year-round. Production includes seasonal rotations, banquets, cultural events and pop-up dining concepts. The collaboration continues into its fourth year.
Matcha — mythes & vérités.
A 280-page authored investigation into Japanese tea. Written, designed and published from Fukuoka. The complete project from manuscript to bound book.

Write and design a French-language investigation into matcha that breaks with the marketing-soft approach dominant in the West. Documented sources, transparent methodology, careful editorial design — without sacrificing readability.
Three years of research, 101 questions, twelve chapters, each following the same architecture: Mythe / Vérité / Explication / À retenir. Visual synthesis double-pages, glossary of forty Japanese terms in Hepburn transcription, cultivar table, regional map. The design is built to support reading in any order — diagonal or deep.

Published 22 April 2026 in paper and digital editions. Distributed via Amazon in Europe and internationally. Press coverage in Vosges Matin (May 2026). Currently in conversation about an English-language adaptation.
MAJO — Matcha Tasting Journal.
A 120-page bilingual sensory journal. Hardcover, 30 guided tasting sheets, glossary, preparation guide. Written, designed and self-published in French and English editions.

Create a sensory journal that transforms matcha tasting into a meditative practice, not a checklist. For beginners and connoisseurs alike. Available in two language editions.
Built around ichigo ichie — the idea that each tasting is unique. The journal combines guided sheets, a complete glossary of Japanese terms, preparation rituals for usucha and koicha, and a seven-principle manifesto inspired by bushidō.
Published in two editions : French (November 2025) and English (December 2025). Designed and printed for those who slow down to attend.
Chef Vincent Gadaud.
Complete identity and website for a French chef. Logo, art direction, content writing, build. From Okinawa originally, currently working in Dubai — a new iteration is in development.

Design a personal website for a French chef operating internationally. The site needed to reflect his itinerant career, his culinary philosophy, and serve as a professional reference for press and venues.
A monogram-led identity centred on the chef's initials, paired with editorial typography and a quiet palette. The website is built as a working tool : biography, philosophy, press, contact — no decoration, no friction.
Site launched in 2024 with Okinawa positioning. Update in progress for Dubai relocation — new visual chapter under development.
Pascale Vinas ·
Healthcare professional.
Complete website and identity for an independent healthcare practitioner in Marseille, France. Logo, content writing, build, ongoing maintenance since 2021.

Design a calm, professional online presence for an independent healthcare practitioner. Patients should find clear information, easy contact, and the right tonality for a healthcare context.
A quiet visual identity built around restraint and care. The site is structured around three priorities : practice information, accessibility, and trust. French market, content written for clarity and search.
Launched in 2021 and maintained continuously since. Five years of ongoing collaboration, content updates, and design care. A reminder that small practices deserve the same attention as large ones.
If something here resonates, the practice is open.
Selective projects for late 2026 onwards. Hospitality, editorial, brand and innovation. Replies within 48 hours, directly from Fukuoka.
